Upgrade version
Not easily bent and broke

Heating block & throat Material upgrade
Upgrading the heating block with chrome zirconium copper nickel plating treatment for fast thermal conductivity and high-temperature resistance for printing, The titanium alloy throat is wrapped with chromium zirconium copper for better heat dissipation.

The throat and heating block are integrated into a formed structure
The throat! the structure has been upgraded, and a step limit has been added at the joint with the heating block to solve the phenomenon of material leakage and detachment.

Heating block, nozzle
High temperature and wear resistance upgrade
The heating block has been upgraded to chrome zirconium plated copper and nickel plated treatment, which can withstand high temperature printing at 550 °C and has fast thermal conductivity. The nozzle is made of hardened steel SKD11, which has undergone quenching hardening treatment and surface DLC nano treatment. It can be heated up to 550 °C or above, making it more wear-resistant and extending its service life.

Upgrade of nozzle structure
The heating block and nozzle are connected by threads, utilizing the contact between the nozzle and the step at the bottom of the throat to firmly solve the problem of detachment and reduce the possibility of material leakage. The detachable nozzle reduces the cost of use.

The inner wall of throat and nozzle Roughness Ra 0.4
The inner walls of the throat and nozzle are smooth reducing blockage and improving printing quality.

Top thread fixed aluminum radiator
The radiator and throat are fixed by top screws and connected stablyRemovable and replaceable, reducing usage costs.

FAQs about European Union VAT
Q: What's the European Union VAT?
R: Since July 1, 2021, Cross-border goods delivered to the destination located in the European Union (EU) are subject to VAT in accordance with the newly introduced VAT rules in the EU. The Value Added Tax, or VAT, in the European Union is a general, broadly based consumption tax assessed on the value added to goods and services. It is borne ultimately by the final consumer and is charged as a percentage of the price, including transportation fees and any other services included in the sale.

You can find more details regarding VAT on the European Union official website here: https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/business/vat/eu-consumers_en
https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/business/vat/what-is-vat_en

Q: What is the VAT rate?
R:The VAT rate varies depending upon the type of commodity purchased in the final destination country/place. It is the rate that EU countries have to apply to all non-exempt goods and services. It must be no less than 15% and some countries offer a reduced rate applicable to certain types of commodities. It is often levied based on the price (considering both goods and shipping fees) at the applicable VAT rate.

You may find more details about the applicable VAT rate here:

Q: Is there a difference between VAT and customs duties? Could I pay only one of them?
R: VAT and customs duty are different types of taxes.

VAT is a consumption tax you pay when you purchase goods in a country. Custom duty refers to the tax imposed on goods when they are transported across international borders. In addition to VAT, it is often required from the consumer to pay customs duty on imported goods. Unlike VAT, the rate of duty is variable and depends on the nature of the goods being imported, and where they are being imported from.
