NOTE:

1. The compact design digital automatic melting furnace is an ideal choice for professional use. By using high-quality materials, the furnace can meet the requirements of the industry and workshops, and is suitable for the processing of precious metals such as gold, silver, and copper.

 2. The crucible is composed of pure graphite, so it is the first choice for furnaces because it can ensure high heat resistance. The crucible is formed by rotating, thereby completely maintaining the stability of the mineral. The outlet slot is convenient for pouring and filling the melt.

 3. The highest adjustable temperature of our products is 1150 degrees Celsius. Therefore, the furnace is perfectly designed for melting precious metals. The melting point of silver is 962 degrees Celsius, the melting point of gold is 1064 degrees Celsius, and the melting point of copper is 1084 degrees Celsius. Through the highly modern PID module, the adjustment of the melting temperature is very user-friendly. This module allows the temperature to be digitally adjusted to a certain degree. The PID module monitors the actual temperature in the melting chamber at 2 second intervals so that it does not overheat or cool down. The temperature remains constant near the melting point.

 4. Due to the use of heat-resistant and effective thermal insulation materials, the radially arranged heating elements can fully function and produce a uniform temperature distribution in the melting crucible. High performance and good insulation ensure that the required melting temperature is reached quickly.

 5. In addition to the shell insulation, the thermal grid can also prevent accidental contact with the heating chamber. This is an important safety feature when handling furnaces. To match the melting crucible, we provide a melting clamp that fits into the groove around the crucible head. This allows you to use the hot melt crucible safely.

Important:

The furnace is clearly only suitable for processing precious metals such as gold, silver and copper. Any other use of these furnaces may cause damage!2. In order to make the machine more durable, it is recommended that the machine does not work for more than 3 hours. For example, if you work for more than 3 hours, please stop for about 1 hour before continuing to work.3. Please pay attention to check the crucible at any time, and replace it at any time, so as to avoid the crucible breaking and damaging the furnace.

FAQs about European Union VAT
Q: What's the European Union VAT?
R: Since July 1, 2021, Cross-border goods delivered to the destination located in the European Union (EU) are subject to VAT in accordance with the newly introduced VAT rules in the EU. The Value Added Tax, or VAT, in the European Union is a general, broadly based consumption tax assessed on the value added to goods and services. It is borne ultimately by the final consumer and is charged as a percentage of the price, including transportation fees and any other services included in the sale.

You can find more details regarding VAT on the European Union official website here: https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/business/vat/eu-consumers_en
https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/business/vat/what-is-vat_en

Q: What is the VAT rate?
R:The VAT rate varies depending upon the type of commodity purchased in the final destination country/place. It is the rate that EU countries have to apply to all non-exempt goods and services. It must be no less than 15% and some countries offer a reduced rate applicable to certain types of commodities. It is often levied based on the price (considering both goods and shipping fees) at the applicable VAT rate.

You may find more details about the applicable VAT rate here:

Q: Is there a difference between VAT and customs duties? Could I pay only one of them?
R: VAT and customs duty are different types of taxes.

VAT is a consumption tax you pay when you purchase goods in a country. Custom duty refers to the tax imposed on goods when they are transported across international borders. In addition to VAT, it is often required from the consumer to pay customs duty on imported goods. Unlike VAT, the rate of duty is variable and depends on the nature of the goods being imported, and where they are being imported from.
