OLEARN Cooperated with more than 19 provincial dealers in China mainland, we've helped millions of 3D printer
fans from businesses to educational institutions to hobbyists and along the way we're proud to have built a solid
reputation for good prices, great selection, and a full line, more than 800 SKU, for DIY 3D printer electronic components.
At present we plan to expand our business line overseas and look for valuable partners worldwide. Do let me know

SHIPPING RATES AND INFO 
We will make every attempt to ship all orders within 5 business day of order receipt. This excludes Weekends and
Holidays. Small order is handled via china mail or other cheaper method, Express shipping is handled via DHL/FEDEX/UPS
– all express orders must be submitted by 11:00am (Beijing time) for same-day shipping. All Shipping and Handling
fees are non-refundable. Expedited orders do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holiday delivery. Next day and 2nd
Day expedited orders will be delivered by express in their normal afternoon delivery. Bulk order is shipped by sea
or base on your request.
 

All shipping delivery time estimates are just that, estimates (not guarantees) of typical shipping delivery times to your
area. Unless otherwise noted, we observe all shipping holidays. We also ship using 3rd party shipping company which
cost less. If you know which express or shipping method is friendly to your customs, just advice us.
 
OVERSEA ORDERS – are shipped via express or China post air mail. You are wholly responsible for any custom duties,
import restrictions, etc. that are imposed after the sale. If you are not aware of these fees, they can be caused extra
cost – OLEARN TECH. has no participation in these fees and we are unable to calculate what they might be. Please, if
you do not agree with our shipping rates and policies, Ask us freely for help.

 

AFTER SALES
The after-sale service work is an important part of our marketing and sales work. The quality of service provided will
not only influence the company credit, but also closely relate to the safely running of the equipment. In order to maintain
the good reputation of our products, OLEARN will strictly observe relevant national regulations about Product-Quality
Law and provide high quality products with the principle of hospitable reception, enthusiastic service, quick response
and prompt resolution. We will conscientiously implement the after-sale service work in full-scale, and make commitment
to our clients as follows:  
 
1, If any quality problems such as design, manufacture, function or procedure occur within the guarantee period,
    OLEARN shall take full responsibility and replace with correct one. 

2, If any quality problems occur within the guarantee period, OLEARN shall provide solution and service after receive
    thebuyer’s notice in 24 hrs. 

3, If any big quality problems occur out of the guarantee period, OLEARN will send maintenance technician to provide
     visiting service after receive the buyer’s notice and charge for a favorable price.  
 
4, OLEARN will provide a lifetime favorable price to the buyer with the materials and spare parts used in our machine,
    equipment maintenance. The above mentioned are only basic after-sale service requirements. 
 
5, The Payment of maintenance expense:  All the maintenance expense within the guarantee period shall be borne by
    OLEARN except the freight

RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES  
Any return for replacement must be authorized by OLEARN TECH. and under no circumstances will returns be accepted
unlessso authorized. Return product via cheaper shipping, prepaid and insured, for your protection. (Please note, we
cannot refund shipping fees).

All returns accepted by us for refund are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Restocking fees cover a portion of our administrative
and warehouse expenses associated with the return and restocking of products (e.g., credit card fees, packaging, and
administrative costs).

At our sole discretion, exchanges may be allowed.  Exchanged products must be in as-new condition, unopened, and in
factory packaging.  If we accept the exchange, the customer will provide credit for the original purchase price less any
shipping and handling fees.  This credit can be applied to future orders.

 

PRIVACY
We do not share any contact information to anyone for any reason. We may use your address to send newsletters and
special offers, which has full opt-out options. It’s that simple, we respect your privacy.
